With over three decades in professional basketball, I've had the privilege of working with some of Europe's most successful organizations. My journey includes championship experiences at Maccabi Tel Aviv, where I was part of the coaching staff during their 2004 Euroleague title and 2001 Suproleague Championship.
I've worked across multiple countries including Israel, Turkey, Ukraine, Russia, Belgium, and the Netherlands, gaining invaluable experience in different basketball cultures and playing styles. This international exposure gives me a unique perspective on talent evaluation and team building.
As a member of the Russian National Team coaching staff, I contributed to their 2007 European Championship victory - a defining moment in my career that showcased the importance of meticulous preparation and scouting.
